Auxo Technology, part of the Auxo Talent Group, is seeking an experienced Senior Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing Technology division in Manchester.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven senior consultant with a background in Data, FinTech, Cyber or Infrastructure recruitment, across either permanent or contract markets, to take the next step in their career with a globally expanding STEMX workforce solutions provider.

The Role
As a Senior Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will:
* Build and manage a strong client portfolio within Data, FinTech, Cyber or Infrastructure markets
* Deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions across permanent and/or contract hiring
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates
* Lead by example within the team, contributing to growth and performance
* Develop long-term relationships across global markets
* Play a key role in driving the continued success of Auxo Technology
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant
* Background in Technology recruitment (Data, FinTech, Cyber or Infrastructure preferred)
* Strong billing track record
* Commercially driven with a consultative approach
* Passion for building relationships and growing markets
* A team player who aligns with our values
