Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and submit necessary documents for customs clearance, including commercial invoices and delivery notes. Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with suppliers, customers, and forwarders to ensure smooth logistics operations. Problem Resolution: Address any transport issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for individuals who: Have experience in logistics or transportation coordination. Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Are proficient in Microsoft Office Have excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral. Are proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently.
