Early finish on Fridays Your Role as a Quality & Compliance Engineer: Support the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with ISO 9001 and other industry standards. Conduct and manage internal, supplier, and external certification audits. Oversee non-conformance investigations and coordinate corrective actions. Ensure product compliance with CE marking, REACH, ROHS, and other international standards. Collaborate with R&D, design, and supply chain teams to embed compliance into development and production processes. Maintain technical files and regulatory documentation to support global market entry. What Were Looking For: Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Knowledge of ISO9001, CE marking, REACH, ROHS, or other regulatory frameworks (prior experience preferred). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with QMS principles and auditing is a plus. Passion for sustainability and compliance in emerging markets.
