Job Description:
We are recruiting for a large-scale management consultancy that works with companies with a turnover of 1 billion and above, focusing on Finance Transformation, leadership, process development, and other finance topics. The role involves working directly with finance teams and wider stakeholders. It is a fully remote position with occasional international travel, expensed and approximately once a quarter. The salary ranges from £150,000 to £180,000 plus a bonus of around 20% and other benefits.
This role requires experience in problem-solving within a large consultancy or Big 4 environment, familiarity with pitches supported by a sales team, and the ability to manage multiple requirements and stakeholders. The ideal candidate enjoys FP&A, analytics, and providing high-level advisory on these topics. It is not a finance implementation role but an advisory position, including advising on competitors' strategies and potential opportunities. The work involves large-scale shared service projects and AI initiatives.
