Key Responsibilities:
* Friendly and welcoming service – managing the store and handling challenging situations
* Developing team capabilities through coaching and training, fostering an inclusive culture
* Maintaining a safe and fully operational store environment
* Managing diligence checks and stock accuracy for great customer experiences
* Supporting the store manager with HR processes and deputising when needed
* Leading change and introducing new products and services in-store
We're seeking Customer Team Leaders to join our friendly team. As part of this role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, developing your team's skills, and maintaining a safe working environment.
