As Grosvenor’s Food and Beverage Manager within our venue in Didsbury, you’ll bring a fresh perspective and a whole lot of personality to your team.
This multifaceted role demands a unique blend of leadership skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Tasked with overseeing the entirety of the food and beverage department, your duties extend beyond managing a team. You’ll oversee every culinary creation and beverage dispensed to ensure they uphold the highest standards
To succeed in this role, you will:
* To manage all aspects of the food and beverage operation within the casino
* To deliver exceptional guest experience in line with Grosvenor Casino brand standards
* Take full ownership over front of house, back of house, licensed bar and special eventactivities
* Recruit, develop and retain a skilled and engaged food and beverage team
* Own the financial and budgetary performance of the food and beverage operation, delivering both revenue and margin targets
* Create a culture of personal and professional development within the F&B team
* Take full ownership of all health and safety and food safety management in the F&B operation
Qualifications
* Experience as a General Manager, Assistant Manager, or F&B manager in a reputable branded or independent food and beverage organisations along with hospitality or leisure companies
* A real passion for delivering the highest standards and experience to customers
* Able to work night shifts & weekends, to ensure presence at peak business times
* Aged 18 + & right to work in the UK
