Administrator
Location: Ferndown Industrial Estate, Ferndown
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, office-based, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (37.5 hours per week)

Purple HR is a growing outsourced HR consultancy. We support small and medium-sized businesses across the UK with practical HR, payroll, recruitment and training services. Our clients trust us for honest, responsive and professional advice. We're a close-knit team, and we're now looking for an Administrator to join us as we expand.
The Role
This is a brand-new role that will sit at the heart of our business. As Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, answering calls and managing our shared inboxes. You'll keep workflows moving, chase through admin processes, and provide hands-on support to our HR, payroll and recruitment specialists. From managing reference requests to distributing contracts, uploading documents and screening CVs, you'll make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
What Success Looks Like
Within 3 months you'll be confident on the phones and part of the team. By 6 months, you'll be fluent in our systems (including and Breathe HR) and managing tasks proactively. Within a year, you'll be a central member of the team we all rely on.
What We're Looking For
* Strong admin experience, ideally in a front-facing role
* Confident with Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Word) and able to draft letters independently
* Comfortable using the phone as well as email, with strong communication skills
* Organised, accurate and proactive — able to follow processes through to completion
* A team player who is adaptable, discreet and professional
