Job Description | Salary £24,404 - £25,183 | Fixed term until 31/12/2025, Part Time | 25 hours per week | Dolphineholme primary Lancaster Unit Catering Supervisor International Sponsorship - this role is not open to international sponsorship Lancashire County Council provide catering services to over 500 schools across Lancashire, serving over 60,000 school meals per day and we are looking for committed individuals to join the service You will work as part of a team providing high quality, healthy, balanced meals for school children. Working Hours: Monday to Friday/Term Time only Key responsibilities: Cook and serve food and beverages in accordance with agreed menus and production plans. Direct and/or supervise other employees. Order supplies and store deliveries Maintain records and stock control. What we are looking for: Recognised catering qualification and/or food hygiene certificate would be desirable. Experience of catering for large numbers is also desirable. Ability to work as part of a team Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative Good customer care skills Previous catering and food preparation experience would be desirable.
