Are you an Experienced Gardener looking for a new challenge?
We are offering a fantastic Full-Time opportunity for you to develop and maintain the Historic gardens of a period priavte family property in Rous Lench, WR11 4UJ
We are looking for a hard-working, motivated individual with a passion and excitement for gardening. You must be able to show initiative, whilst working well both individually and as part of a team. You must be proficient in the use of handheld machinery and good plant knowledge is essential. We are in the process of improving the already established gardens and require an individual with attention to detail to help push the gardens to the next level.
You will be joining an established Gardens Team undertaking a full range of garden practices, including hedge trimming, weeding, pruning, planting, lawn mowing, edging, vegetable growing using a polytunnel, and further garden renovation and development.
Chainsaw licence and Tree surgery experience desirable but not essential
Horticultural qualifications of levels 2 & 3 or equivalent and spraying licenses PA1 and PA6 are preferred but not essential.
The property is also home to livestock including a deer herd, horses, chickens, and peacocks, therefore animal care will be part of this role.
