We are looking for a natural leader with significant experience of delivering an F&B operation and managing a diverse team to perform successfully. You will oversee all aspects of the F&B Operations, including food safety, cost controls, compliance and menu planning. You will line manage a team of Food & Beverage Assistants with support from the Food & Beverage Supervisor and will conduct PDRs, produce rotas and perform other relevant team management duties. We are looking for someone who thrives in a hospitality environment, who can motivate a team to excel and who is incredibly organised and efficient. You will have significant experience in a hospitality background and have demonstrable experience of previously managing an F&B outlet in a similar environment.
