* Monitor numbers such as stock levels and staff schedules to maintain balance and efficiency.
* Step up to the plate when the Manager is away, taking charge to maintain Franco Manca standards.
Qualifications
* Management or Supervisory experience in Hospitality or restaurants.
* A knack for creating a brilliant guest experience.
* Natural leadership with the ability to motivate and inspire a team, even on busy days.
* Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with varied tasks.
* Strong attention to detail to ensure quality and consistency.
