Responsibilities
* Lead the day‑to‑day operation of one of our branded food service outlets – Greggs, Subway, or Burger King.
* Ensure food safety and brand standards are consistently met and maintained.
* Support new starters, manage daily routines, and help the team remain confident, capable, and customer focused.
* Prepare food, manage queues, and solve operational problems to contribute to the team’s success.
* Work with colleagues to create a positive, efficient working environment.
