We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who’s bursting with ideas, passionate about content, and ready to take ownership of exciting projects. If you’re a confident communicator, a creative thinker, and someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, this could be your next big move.
What you’ll do
You’ll be part of a close-knit, multi-disciplinary team working across strategy, content, digital, and design. Your role will be varied, hands-on, and full of opportunities to grow.
Your day-to-day might include:
* Developing and delivering digital marketing strategies for Koobr and its clients
* Supporting email marketing activity, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking
* Managing SEO activity, including keyword research, on-page optimisation and content recommendations
* Planning and managing paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and paid social, with a focus on targeting and budget management
* Analysing campaign performance, interpreting data and trends, and reporting on results
* Advising account managers on digital tactics based on client scenarios and platform knowledge
* Acting as the lead contact for any outsourced digital work, including briefing and monitoring performance
* Staying up to date with digital marketing trends and platform updates, including channels like YouTube and TikTok
* Planning, scheduling, and executing social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and X
* Creating compelling content for blogs, websites, social media, and email campaigns that aligns with brand tone and audience needs
* Collaborating with internal teams and external creatives to deliver high-quality work
* Supporting account delivery and managing smaller, digital-focused accounts under the direction of the Account Director or Account Manager
* Attending client meetings and contributing ideas with confidence
* Bridging the gap between digital delivery and strategic marketing
* Advising account managers on digital tactics based on client scenarios and platform knowledge
* Helping free up time for the strategic team by handling delivery-focused tasks such as building emails, creating or briefing social content, and writing blogs
* Quality-checking content before it goes live
What we’re looking for
We’re not just hiring for skills. We’re hiring for attitude. We want someone who’s curious, proactive, and genuinely excited about making a difference.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
* Have 2+ years of experience in a digital or content marketing role
* Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, Google Ads, Mailchimp or other email marketing platforms
* Knowledge of SEO fundamentals
* Understand how to tailor content for different audiences and platforms
* Can think strategically and contribute to campaign planning
* Are confident working directly with clients and internal teams
* Have a positive, can-do attitude and love learning new things
* Are organised, detail-oriented, and take pride in your work
