Role Overview
We are seeking an outgoing, confident individual with strong communication skills to join our Tunbridge Wells Lettings team as a Lettings Assistant.
In this role, you will support the Lettings Team by accompanying them on property viewings, as well as undertaking a range of office-based responsibilities. These will include handling walk-in enquiries, answering telephone calls, and responding to emails promptly and professionally.
There may be times when you will be required to work independently in the office, so the ability to manage tasks confidently while lone working is essential.
Please note: A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required for this position.
Contract Type: 0 hour contract
Hours: Saturdays, between the hours of 9am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities
* Meet prospective clients at the properties for viewings.
* Liaise with customers and clients in a professional, polite and respectful manner fitting of a Savills' Representative.
* Have a good understanding of the property market.
* To have knowledge & experience of Tunbridge Wells and the surrounding village
* Meet and greet clients in the office
* General office administration including updating window displays, brochure mail outs and ensuring the key register is kept up to date
* Registering applicants on to the database (Reapit) – training will be given
* Arranging and assisting with pitch and viewing appointments
* Experience in a previous role would be preferred but not essential.
