Minimum qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Real Estate, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
* 10 years of experience leading negotiations and business development.
* Experience negotiating or supporting the negotiation of bilateral real estate agreements, managing projects of varying sizes, timelines, and scale.
Preferred qualifications:
* Experience with site selection for industrial-scale projects, real estate transactions, evaluation, acquisition, development, construction, utility agreements, energy initiatives, financial modeling, large collocation agreements.
* Experience in indirect taxes, economic development policy, financial modeling, infrastructure development, agreement drafting, redlining, and presentation development.
* Knowledge of power transmission and distribution, telecommunications infrastructure, data center technology, industrial electrical and cooling technology, and related areas.
* Ability to travel up to 50% of the time as needed.
About The Job
As Google's products and services grow to serve billions of users, the Strategic Negotiation team works behind the scenes to secure infrastructure for Google's future, from underwater cables to data center space. This role combines market knowledge with tech industry savvy to find solutions supporting Google's growth, managing vendor and partner relationships, and overseeing cost-effective infrastructure development.
You will manage the EMEA infrastructure portfolio, support site selection and capacity planning, and develop the company's global energy strategy, including renewable energy projects to support Google's goal of carbon neutrality.
Responsibilities
* Drive strategic capacity delivery across EMEA, managing site portfolios, stakeholder engagement, and process optimization.
* Lead portfolio management for EMEA data center sites, ensuring timely capacity delivery and project execution.
* Oversee a portfolio of EMEA sites, including project leadership, agreement negotiations, and regional alignment.
* Manage end-to-end portfolio delivery, maintaining standards and stakeholder relationships.
* Lead strategic management and delivery of EMEA data center sites to meet capacity demands.
