Scottish Power Corporate are looking for a Legal Services Coordinator to join them on a contract basis. This role will be based full time at their office in Glasgow City Centre.

Job Description
* Manage and administer the purchase process in SAP on behalf of the Legal Services function in relation to all Legal spend/budget (both capex and opex), including:
* Liaising with team members to confirm fee quotations/approvals, and raising of purchase order numbers (PONs) and
* Raising goods receipt notices (GRNs) in SAP to receipt invoices for payment.
* Communicate with external law firms to ensure effective monitoring of the invoicing and payment process and the production and presentation of management information on the same.
* Managing monthly reporting on finance including tracking spend
* Presenting data in a format that is easy to digest format
* Liaising with senior members of the legal team and organisation
* Admin tasks, as required, including booking rooms, travel, catering etc
What you'll need
* Previous experience within data processing, claims, or similar background
* Experience working with internal and external stakeholders, up to senior level
* Experience managing invoices and purchase orders is preferred
* Strong multitasker with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
* A willingness to learn and work within a fast paced environment
* Strong communication skills
