THE JOB As an Agricultural Service Technician, you'll be at the heart of our busy workshop operations. You will: Provide industry-leading technical support to customers and colleagues Repair, diagnose and maintain agricultural machinery from some of the most prestigious brands Ensure machinery operates to manufacturer specifications with precision and accuracy Offer technical guidance across the business Support oncall duties and outofhours service when required Work both inworkshop and onfarm as needed Maintain Dealer Standards and a clean, efficient workspace Build strong working relationships across all machinery departments This is a handson, varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALITIES REQUIRED We're seeking an individual who brings technical excellence and a positive, cando attitude. You will have: A recognised apprenticeship and qualifications in machinery servicing and repair Strong mechanical, electrical and hydraulic expertise Experience working on a variety of machinery (agricultural or other sectors) The ability to work independently and as part of a team Confidence using diagnostic software Flexibility to support busy periods and weekend work A proactive approach to managing priorities and meeting deadlines A full UK driving licence BENEFITS As part of The Billington Group we offer a wide range of employee benefits including: An attractive salary package.
