We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Group Financial Controller to lead our manufacturing finance functions. The location is flexible Enniskillen (N. Ireland) or Livingston (Scotland), however travel between manufacturing facilities will be required. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and methodical individual to be a pivotal member of the finance team. Reporting directly to the Chief Finance Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance activities across the group, supporting strategic decision-making at the executive level. Key responsibilities and accountabilities: Financial Reporting & Consolidation : Lead the preparation of consolidated group financial statements in accordance with IFRS/GAAP. Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. Budgeting & Forecasting Lead the annual budgeting process across the group. Develop rolling forecasts and scenario analysis to support strategic planning. Monitor financial performance against budget, analyse variances, and recommend corrective actions. Compliance & Internal Controls Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and internal policies. Liaise with external auditors and manage the annual audit process. Develop and maintain robust internal control systems and risk management frameworks. Cash Flow & Treasury Management Oversee cash flow forecasting and liquidity management across the group. Support financing activities and banking relationships. Leadership & Team Management Lead and develop the finance team. Drive process improvement and systems automation to enhance financial operations. Stakeholder Management Partner with senior management to provide financial insights and supportbusiness decisions. Prepare reports and presentations for executive leadership and external stakeholders. Essential Criteria: Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ ACCA/ ACA) Relevant experience of working in an accounting, finance or audit environment with strong understanding of group consolidation. Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills with attention to detail and a methodical approach Proven ability to manage teams Be self-motivated, focused and have a positive, hands-on approach to work The company reserves the right to enhance criteria to facilitate short listing if necessary.
