What You’ll Be Doing
As a Runner supporting the Executive Assistant and Executive Office, you’ll play a key hands‑on role ensuring everything runs smoothly around one of the most influential creative leaders in fashion.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing day‑to‑day support to the Executive Assistant and Executive Office
* Managing incoming requests professionally, politely, and efficiently
* Responding to correspondence
* Telephone support
* Filing and organisation
* Managing internal office errands around the building, including collecting and delivering urgent packages
* Ensuring stationery, supplies, and equipment remain stocked and in working order
* Maintaining a tidy, well‑organised Executive Office and kitchen area
* Running external errands across London as needed
* Providing hospitality for the CCO and guests (tea/coffee service, light refreshments)

What We’re Looking For
* A self‑starter who can think on their feet and multitask
* Someone calm, professional, and composed even under pressure
* A flexible, proactive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
* Experience with Mac and Windows
* A background in office support, studio assistance, production, or similar is ideal
* Recent graduates with relevant internship or admin experience are strongly encouraged to apply
