We are looking for a dynamic and highly organised Head Coach & Operations Coordinator to join our team at Sprint Active Education Limited.
About the Role
This is a unique dual-role opportunity combining hands-on coaching delivery in primary schools with operational coordination responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of our coaching services while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Coaching & Staff Support
Deliver high-quality coaching sessions across primary schools in line with Sprint Active's standards.
Support, mentor, and lead coaching staff to maintain excellent session delivery.
Conduct session observations, provide feedback, and support the professional development of the coaching team.
Operations Coordination
Work closely with the Operations Manager to support the operational needs of the business.
Assist with staff scheduling, holiday cover planning, and day-to-day communications.
Help coordinate holiday camps and enrichment activities.
Support with quality control, ensuring high standards across all services.
Key Attributes
Experienced Sports Coach with a strong track record of delivering sessions in primary schools or similar environments.
Organised & Proactive, with the ability to coordinate staff, schedules, and operations efficiently.
Leadership Skills, with the ability to support, mentor, and guide other coaching team members.
Excellent Communicator, able to liaise confidently with staff, schools, and customers.
Essential Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience delivering coaching sessions in schools or community settings.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.- Confident in using digital tools for scheduling, communication, and reporting.
Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle (role will require travel between sites).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £19,000.00-£21,500.00 per year
