Location: Milton Keynes (MK8 9ER) Children: One 3-year-old and twin 2-year-olds Hours: Ad hoc / flexible (backup childcare) Overview: We are seeking a warm, reliable, and experienced Vietnamese-speaking childcare provider or nanny to support a family with three young children on an ad hoc, backup basis. This role would suit someone looking for flexible, irregular hours rather than a fixed weekly schedule. A strong preference is for a provider who speaks Vietnamese or has Vietnamese cultural familiarity, to support the children’s language exposure and cultural connection. Key Responsibilities Provide attentive, age-appropriate care for a three-year-old and twin two-year-olds Support routines such as play, meals, and rest times Ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment at all times Follow the family’s guidance and safeguarding expectations Essential Requirements Experience caring for toddlers and young children (incl;uding multiple children) Vietnamese language skills or strong cultural familiarity (preferred) Ability to offer flexible, ad hoc availability as needed Strong safeguarding awareness References and relevant childcare checks (e.g. DBS) or willingness to obtain them About Wellthy : This search is being coordinated by Wellthy, a care coordination service that supports families with sourcing and arranging childcare.
