Location: Constance Care Blantyre G72 0BN; Salary: £26,698 per annum; Driving licence required; Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm with additional on‑call duties on a rota basis.
Job Description
The Care Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the highest quality care services by managing care workers and performing field‑based duties. Responsibilities include assessing and reviewing individual care plans, supervising, instructing and supporting care staff in the field. This role requires a valid driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle due to the travel involved.

Qualifications
Experience & organisation: You are an efficient, organised Care Coordinator passionate about community care. You excel in managing rotas to impeccable standards and pride yourself on building strong relationships with care workers.
* Previous healthcare experience and a solid understanding of the Care Inspectorate, care plans, and rotas.
* SVQ Level 3 is desirable.
