KLONDYKE GROUP LIMITED is hiring for the Coffee Shop Supervisor, The Crieff Food Company role.
Base pay range: £12.70 per hour.
Hours: 32 per week over 4 days. This will involve regular weekend work, so flexibility is a must.
What you will be doing as a Coffee Shop Supervisor
* Oversee set up of the front of house and counters operation each day ensuring readiness for service.
* Coordinate the team in front of house operation to create a welcoming and efficient service for our customers.
* Ensure staff have detailed knowledge of our menus to share with customers and create compelling counter displays.
* Carry out all required Food Hygiene and Health and Safety checks.
* Review and follow staff rotas to ensure service level requirements are met.
