Contracts Manager - Fire Protection
Location: Kent (Office & Site-Based)
Hours: Full-Time | 7:30am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 DOE
Holidays: 28 days per year (including bank holidays)

Your Role:
As Contracts Manager, you'll be responsible for the full project lifecycle-from estimation to completion-ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction at every step. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in leading by example.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Managing and programming projects from brief to handover
* Estimating and overseeing installation of passive fire protection systems and intumescent coatings
* Ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines and health & safety regulations
* Conducting site visits and working closely with site teams and clients
* Producing and managing RAMS, H&S documentation, and BORIS system updates
* Attending review meetings and contributing to business development

What You'll Bring:
* 3+ years in a Contracts Manager role within fire protection or a related field
* Expertise in passive fire systems and fire stopping techniques
* SMSTS and CSCS certifications (valid and in date)
* Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills
* Experience using the BORIS system
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
