We are currently seeking a talented Planner to become a vital member of the project controls team within the Construction Directorate. This is an exciting opportunity to lead key project control activities for innovative Offshore Hybrid Asset projects, including Lionlink and Nautilus. As a Planner, your expertise will be pivotal in implementing effective planning processes, adhering to project governance, and ensuring the timely delivery of projects within budget and scope. Key Responsibilities Schedule Management:Build and maintain schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring effective baseline management. Act as the primary contact for project and programme matters. Contractor Programmes:Review and monitor contractor programmes to ensure compliance with contractual requirements. Monitoring and Reporting:Ensure timely and accurate reporting of schedule progress and performance to leadership and key stakeholders. Process Improvement:Continuously identify and implement improvements within the planning process. Compliance:Ensure adherence to organisational schedule management policies and best practises. Stakeholder Engagement:Engage with various stakeholders to ensure schedule alignment and successful project delivery. About You A P6 Project Planning Professional with experience in major infrastructure projects. Demonstrated ability in developing multi-disciplinary programmes and managing interfaces. Proficient in using Primavera P6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to make informed decisions based on data. Proven problem-solving abilities to identify issues and develop effective solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and concisely. Experience in engaging and managing stakeholders effectively.
