What you’ll be doing: Delivering engaging, pre-planned lessons to whole classes across KS1 and/or KS2 when needed Supporting learning activities under the direction of the class teacher and SLT Leading small group interventions to support pupil progress Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages pupil engagement Assisting with planning and assessment as needed What we’re looking for: HLTA status or equivalent qualification Experience delivering lessons independently A strong understanding of the national curriculum Excellent communication skills and classroom presence A flexible and proactive approach to supporting learning across year groups Why join Teaching Personnel?
