About KPMG Technology Engineering Graduate Programme

As a Technology Engineering graduate you will help design, build and improve digital products that support our business and clients. Working in collaborative, agile teams you will turn ideas into practical, user‑focused solutions, think creatively, solve problems and learn how modern technology is delivered at scale.
We are looking for curiosity and adaptability. You do not need to be a technical expert when you join – what matters most is a willingness to learn, ask questions and challenge how things are done. Over three years you will rotate across different engineering disciplines while learning from experienced Software, Data, Cloud and QA Engineers. You will gain exposure to the full delivery lifecycle – from shaping ideas and designing user‑centred solutions, to building, testing and deploying software used across our business and by global clients.
We will support you through a structured Engineering Bootcamp that introduces the core concepts, tools and ways of working. As you progress you will develop your technical confidence through hands‑on project work, coaching from senior engineers and close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. You will learn best‑practice approaches to coding, secure development and solution design, while building the resilience and problem‑solving skills needed to work in a fast‑changing environment. Over time you will have the opportunity to focus on areas that match your interests and strengths, such as software engineering, data, cloud, cyber, automation or UX‑design.
Teams You Will Work With
You will join the Tax Technology & Innovation team, where we build and support cloud‑native products using modern engineering practices, automation and user‑focused design. Our teams work closely with engineers, analysts, designers and stakeholders across the business to deliver reliable, high‑quality technology solutions.
