IT Support Analyst (1st / 2nd Line) – Fareham - £30,000
A leading healthcare organisation have a requirement for an IT Support Analyst to join their technical support team to provide support across hardware, software and networks.
Responsibilities
* Provide 1st and 2nd line support and work with IT leadership to troubleshoot complex problems and help maintain a high standard of service delivery.
* Provide remote and on-site support to colleagues to reduce downtime and enhance user experience.
Requirements
* 12 months+ experience providing 1st/2nd line support.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
* Expertise with Microsoft 365, including user support for Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Excel.
* Understanding of networks (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
* Familiar with remote support tools.
