Job Details
JOB TITLE: Platform Data Lead - Homes
LOCATION: Leeds or Halifax
HOURS: Full-time
What you'll be doing
You’ll lead the data management agenda for one of the largest mortgage data estates in Europe, playing a pivotal role in transforming how data is governed, managed and used to unlock real business value for customers.
Within the Homes Platform, you’ll work at the intersection of technology, data and the mortgage business, providing clear leadership for platform data. You’ll act as the key point of connection between the Homes Platform, central data teams and senior business partners, ensuring strong alignment to enterprise standards while shaping solutions that genuinely work for the business.
You’ll set and own a clear, actionable data strategy for the Homes Platform, building understanding and buy‑in across technology and business leaders. You’ll be a visible leader, representing Homes into central data forums and influencing how enterprise data capabilities are shaped and adopted. You’ll stay on top of data issues and risks across the platform, providing clarity, maintaining strong resolution plans and driving issues through to closure.
You’ll lead the Data Side of Change activity, ensuring data impacts are identified early and quality is designed in before change lands. Just as importantly, you’ll tell a compelling data story, clearly articulating where the platform is on its data journey, what’s improving, and where focus is needed next.
