Requirements: Business Analysis:5+ years in Financial Services, gathering and documenting requirements for IT projects.CRM & Data:Multi-year CRM experience, including data migration and process flows (Prospect Lead Customer).Agile Tools & Methodologies:Expertise in Jira, Confluence; experience with agile testing tools (X-Ray, Cucumber).Testing Expertise:Skilled in test case creation and execution; managing bugs and requirements lifecycle.Data Analysis & Structures:Ability to write SQL for investigations; strong understanding of data structures and flows.Interface & Process Design:Experience in designing data flows, dictionaries, and reviewing processes to avoid siloed solutions.Structured Methodologies:Demonstrable experience with Agile, Rational, and Waterfall approaches.Workshop Facilitation:Skilled in hosting workshops and documenting outputs in Jira/Confluence.Stakeholder Management:Ability to influence without authority and navigate matrix structures.This role requires a stable CV with multiple 1 year + contracts.
