About the Role: We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and proactive female Community Mental Health Support Worker to support a young lady living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) who lives in the S35 area of Sheffield. The successful applicants must have a UK Driving Licence & Own a Vehicle. (This post is exempt under the Equality Act 2010 – Schedule 9, Part 1. Female applicants only.) This is a community-based role working on a 1:1 basis, involving long-day shifts on a consistent rota (including Saturdays and Sundays). Your Key Responsibilities: Supporting the client’s mental wellbeing, independence, and daily living needs, i.e. personal care, mobility, medication administration and cooking.
