Duties
- Provide personal care and support to elderly individuals in a compassionate and respectful manner.
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
- Engage in meaningful conversation and provide companionship to promote emotional well-being.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
* Ability to communicate effectively with elderly individuals and their families.
* Compassionate and patient demeanor.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
