In this role, you will oversee all financial operations across the group, providing strategic leadership, ensuring financial health, and driving operational efficiency. Collaboration with the Chief Executive, Board of Directors, and external stakeholders will be key to supporting sustainable growth, managing risk, and enhancing shareholder value. Key Responsibilities include: - Leading the finance team and developing its members. - Overseeing and developing financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, treasury, and working capital. - Driving financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to support critical business decision-making. - Managing contact with and all reporting to external stakeholders and advisors. - Leading the evaluation and implementation of financial systems and technologies to improve reporting, automation, and efficiency. Requirements for this position: - A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience. - Proven experience as a Financial Director or Finance lead looking to step into a number one role. - Ideally some experience of working within a regulated environment. - An effective, open, and personable communicator, capable of partnering with the business at all levels.
