General Manager - £15.00 per hour, Temp 8 weeks – London SE1
Student Accommodation provider is seeking an experienced General Manager to support them on a temporary basis in overseeing their site in London SE1.
This is a temporary role to start ASAP for an initial 8 week period and will pay £15.00 per hour.
Working hours will be on a shift basis between the hours of 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.
The main duties of the General Manager will include:
1. Customer Service Supervisor
2. Manage Student inquiries
3. Escalation of issues to relevant departments
4. Reception desk duties i.e., greeting visitors and answering emails/phone calls
The ideal General Manager will have the following knowledge, skills and experience:
1. Previous experience in a similar management/supervisory role.
2. Experience of providing excellent customer service.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Able to work autonomously and make decisions.
