Are you a Maths Graduate eager to gain experience in a classroom before pursuing a teaching career? GSL Education Lincolnshire is looking for a dedicated individual to work as a Teaching Assistant in a secondary school in Boston, supporting students in Maths.
Responsibilities:
* Support students in KS3 and KS4 Maths lessons.
* Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning and build confidence.
* Assist the teacher in lesson planning and resource preparation.
* Help maintain classroom discipline and encourage student engagement.
Requirements:
* A degree in Mathematics or a related subject.
* Passion for education and a desire to inspire young learners.
* Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
* Have an enhanced DBS registered to the update service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education Lincolnshire.
