Job purpose
We are seeking a motivated and charismatic individual fluent in Turkish to join our admissions team on a full-time basis. The role focuses on student recruitment, engaging with prospective students from Turkey and other Turkic-speaking countries. The candidate should have sales experience and be willing to travel to Turkey regularly.
Beyond recruitment, the role involves maintaining relationships with recruited students and their families to ensure a steady cohort of 20 Turkish nationals at Ashbourne, fostering a welcoming environment.

1. Actively recruit students from Turkey and Turkic-speaking countries, maintaining a cohort of 20 Turkish students.
2. Develop relationships with partners, agents, and schools to support recruitment.
3. Travel to Turkey and other countries for recruitment events and visits.
4. Provide information about Ashbourne’s programs, admissions, and student life.
Relationship Management & Student Support
1. Maintain relationships with students and families from recruitment through their time at Ashbourne.
2. Serve as the primary contact for recruited students and parents, offering support.
3. Work with tutors and staff to support student wellbeing.
4. Organize activities and events to support student integration.
Translation & Communication
1. Create marketing content for Turkish platforms.
2. Translate key documents and assist with interpreting.
3. Support communication efforts with Turkish-speaking students and parents.
Administrative Duties
1. Ensure smooth transition from enquiry to registration.
2. Maintain recruitment records.
3. Assist with application processing and other admin tasks.
General Responsibilities
1. Participate in meetings and events.
2. Build relationships with colleagues, students, and families.
3. Perform other duties as assigned.
