Are you a dedicated and compassionate support worker with proven experience in acquired brain injury and neuro-rehabilitation? We’re looking for experienced support workers to join our support team assisting an adult male client through a person-centred rehabilitation programme.
This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment that includes speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists — all focused on helping the client reach their full potential in recovery.
As a Support Worker, you will:
* Deliver high-quality, enabling support tailored to the client’s individual needs
* Help the client engage in leisure, health, and community activities
* Implement structured, goal-oriented programmes developed by the clinical team
* Promote independence, motivation, and emotional well-being
* Work within a skilled team committed to long-term rehabilitation
Applicants must have previous experience supporting individuals with acquired brain injuries and ideally previous involvement in structured rehabilitation or working with an MDT, with a strong understanding of person-centred care practices
Rates of Pay:
* Weekdays: £16.00 per hour
* Saturday: £17.00 per hour
* Sunday: £18.00 per hour
* Weekday Nights: £17.00 per hour
Hours of work.
* Day shift approx. 35 hours per week. A full driving licence will be required for this position
* Waking Night Shift: 39 hours/week across 3 night shifts
* Casual Worker: Provide regular, flexible cover for sickness, leave, and rota gaps
