The shift pattern for this post is nightshift 4/7- Includes weekends and Nightshifts Jura Ward at Stobhill hospital is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Band 3 Healthcare Support Worker to join our team. You will play will a vital role in supporting patients and staff in a fast paced and dynamic clinical environment. Key responsibilities: Assist with the delivery of patient care under the supervised nursing staff Provide support with personal care, mobility and comfort needs of patients • Help with routine observations and assist in the monitoring of patients progress This is an exciting opportunity to work with a great team providing high quality, person centred-care to patients living with dementia, within a dynamic and supportive environment. We are looking for an individual with a strong interest and possibly previous experience in dementia care and an understanding of the unique challenges patients with dementia face. Someone who has excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with patients, families and colleagues.
