Housekeeping Manager - Belfast City Centre Location: Belfast City Centre, BT2 Hours: 30 per week, Monday to Friday, 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm Pay: £14.70 per hour Contract: 3 months (potential for extension) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee and support our cleaning operations in Belfast City Centre. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage a small team, ensure high standards of cleanliness, and maintain compliance with contractual requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional cleaning standards. Take a proactive, hands-on approach to support daily operations. Conduct audits in line with contractual obligations. Organise schedules and allocate tasks effectively. Ensure health and safety standards are met at all times. Communicate professionally with staff and stakeholders. Ideal Candidate Proven experience as a housekeeping or cleaning manager. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a small team. Excellent organisational and time management abilities. Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.
