The Role
As a Dispensing Optician, you will:
* Provide expert advice and dispense lenses and frames tailored to customer needs
* Deliver a fun, professional and memorable experience for every customer
* Support the team with training and development on dispensing standards
* Oversee clinical and commercial compliance within the store
* Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
The Person
We're looking for someone who is:
* A fully qualified and GOC-registered Dispensing Optician
* Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
* Confident working in a busy, modern retail environment
* A strong communicator who can support and inspire the wider team
* Well-organised with excellent attention to detail
