We're working with a well-established creative agency based near Gatwick that partners with leading household brands. They're looking for a Commercial & Finance Administrator to join their friendly and collaborative team. This part-time role is ideal for someone returning to work or looking for flexibility while staying close to the creative industry. You'll support the finance and project teams with day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth commercial processes across multiple exciting brand projects. The Role: Prepare and maintain project budgets and financial records. Track and update budgets using Excel and internal tools. Support with invoice processing, reconciliations, and reporting. Prepare summary reports and presentations for internal teams. Maintain accurate documentation and assist with general admin duties. Liaise across departments to ensure timely and accurate financial updates. The Ideal Candidate: Background in finance, commercial admin, or project support. Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, etc.). Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Confident working independently and managing multiple tasks. Great communication skills and a collaborative attitude. Experience with finance or project management platforms is a plus.
