Permanent Full-Time Production Operatives Hereford, Salary: £29,000 per annum (£25,600+ Shift Allowances (£290 p/m) + Overtime + Excellent Benefits, Working Monday to Friday, Days, Afternoons, Nights rotating weekly.

The Role
As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process, operating precision machinery and ensuring products meet exacting quality standards. Responsibilities include:
* Operating machinery such as lathes, grinders, saws, drills, and handheld tools
* Using measuring equipment (gauges, rulers, tape measures)
* Setting up machines and monitoring production processes
* Carrying out regular quality checks
* Following work instructions and Health & Safety guidelines
* Assisting with changeovers, cleaning, and basic maintenance
* Working as part of a supportive, high-performing team
