Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Brighton. The Branch Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, manage the sales and lettings teams, and ensure high levels of customer service. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, developing and implementing marketing strategies, handling client inquiries, managing branch finances, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Branch Manager will also engage with the community to build strong relationships and increase the branch's market presence.
