Exciting Opportunity for a Permanent Quantity Surveyor! Our client, a leading consultancy in the North Wales region, is seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team.Job Responsibilities: Prepare and manage cost estimates for civil engineering projects.Monitor project finances, budgets, and expenditures.Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.Conduct risk assessments and provide strategic advice to mitigate costs.Prepare tender documents, contracts, and financial reports.Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.Provide support during the procurement process.Required Qualifications: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in civil engineering projects.Experience within the rail industry is ideal but not essential.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.Excellent numerical and analytical skills.Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Office Suite.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.TPBN1_UKTJ
