Reporting into the General Manager, and as a part of the plant Senior Management team, you will lead and develop the Maintenance function to ensure asset reliability, product quality, and compliance in a 24/7 food manufacturing environment.
Through effective use of Best Practice Maintenance tools, SAP PM, and team leadership, you will deliver safe, efficient, and continuous production supporting site performance goals. You will have a pragmatic approach in the field to follow up on work execution and collaborative, professional cooperation with colleague management both at plant and group level.
