Overview
This hands on, mid-level position blends IT administration, security strategy, and process automation. The IT Services Manager will ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of all business‑critical systems while driving smart, scalable automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain Slack, Google Workspace, and email environments, including account provisioning, access control, and mailing list management.
* Assess and streamline current manual processes by applying automation principles and leveraging tools like SAML, SSO, and 2FA (two‑factor authentication).
* Support cloud infrastructure access management where applicable, with the opportunity to grow into AWS environment oversight with training and support.
* Develop and execute strategies to enhance IT security posture, implementing and monitoring security software, access management, and data privacy standards.
* Procure, configure, and maintain company devices; manage software installs, updates, and licensing.
* Serve as the senior escalation point for IT support issues, providing responsive and effective tech assistance, including occasional out‑of‑hours coverage for urgent matters.
* Manage integrations across internal systems and communication platforms to optimize efficiency and team collaboration.
* Ensure adherence to service management best practices, focusing on service quality, business continuity, and end‑user experience.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as an IT Administrator, Senior IT Support, or IT Services Manager in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment.
* Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and Slack administration.
* AWS knowledge welcomed but not essential; training and support provided.
* Willingness to learn cloud technologies and grow technical skills.
* Familiarity with automation tools, single sign‑on (SSO), SAML, and multi‑factor authentication.
* Experience with IT security frameworks, access governance, and endpoint protection.
* Hands‑on approach with the ability to balance operational delivery and strategic oversight.
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive, ownership‑driven mindset.
