This role is a technical on‑premise position supporting internal employees. It requires hands‑on experience in supporting PC hardware, software, and internal tooling for employees. It requires working with an internal ticketing tool to communicate with customers. The role includes preparing hardware for new hires joining the company and managing IT asset inventory.
