The Marketing Executive will take ownership of the company’s residential website content and CRM, ensuring both accuracy and optimisation. The role plays a pivotal part in driving user engagement, leads and revenue through data-led insights and seamless content management.
The Marketing Executive will:
– Manage daily website content using Salesforce CRM and collaborate with teams to source accurate information
– Identify opportunities to enhance website content, user experience and conversion rates
– Optimise property listings across third-party portals including Rightmove and Zoopla, liaising with account managers where necessary
– Analyse and report on web performance using GA4, BrightEdge and other analytics tools
– Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of digital trends in residential property
You will need:
– Proven experience managing CRM and CMS platforms, preferably Salesforce
– Excellent written skills to create engaging property descriptions
– Strong analytical mindset with experience using web analytics tools
– Ability to work independently while managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines
– Passion for websites, the housing market and digital content strategy
