You will be joining a small family run company and so we are looking for a candidate to fit in with a team of skilled craft persons to help us make a world leading product which is exported worldwide. As we make everything here from start to finish your role within the production process is vital and gives a great level of connection both in the manufacturing process and within the production team.
We are looking from someone to run and manage the final part of the production of our Bows in the spray room. This includes getting the items ready for spraying and going through each stage of the varnish and sanding process.
You will be working a 40 hour week, Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm. Own transport is preferable and ideally suited to candidates in the Galashiels and surrounding areas.
No previous experience necessary as full training will be given, however the role would suit someone who has:
* a keen eye for detail
* a methodical and logical thinker
* able to ask questions
* ability to work with their hands
* is able to work well within a small team and follow instructions
