Clinical Negligence Solicitor/Associate - Cardiff
A fantastic opportunity has opened up for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join an award winning national UK law firm in their growing Cardiff office. This role offers the chance to work on high-value, complex cases, acting for a range of defendant clients, including NHS Resolution.
What You'll Be Doing
* Handling a broad range of defendant clinical negligence claims.
* Managing your own caseload, including supporting on high-value matters.
* Mentoring and delegation to junior fee earners where appropriate.
* Engaging in business development, including training programs and seminars both in-person and online.
Candidate Requirements
* A mininium of 2 years PQE with technical expertise in clinical negligence matters
* Defendant experience is essential
* Experience in inquests or healthcare advisory work is a plus.
* Attention to detail and exceptional communication skills
* Solid IT skills and familiarity with case management systems.
* Strong organisational skills
